About Faces Models & Talent RIPOFF ARTISTS, SCAMMERS, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Atlanta Georgia

The person that posted this is a CLASSIC example of disgruntled aspiring talent. She listed no specific incident, no details and probably has over exaggerated the whole truth. If you come on the internet slandering a company's character, you'd better be specific.

Although I am not with About Faces, I do know that they are one of the few LEGIT agencies in Atlanta. I hate to see good agencies suffer at the hands of a disgruntled model or actor. The fact is, not everyone is cut out for the industry! There will be people that aren't talented enough and will want "someone" (anyone) to blame. About Faces does not charge for representation. No legit agency should. However any aspiring model, actor or singer should expect to have to invest in their craft for things like headshots, composite cards, acting classes, singing lessons, etc. If this is a problem for you, find a new hobby. But the worst thing to do is take your frustrations out on the internet, SLANDERING a truly reputable agency that has been in business successfully for YEARS because you may not be a good fit for the industry.

Just accept it, stop trashing reputable agencies and move on with your life. Go work at the post office!

3 years and counting. About Faces gives you back what you put into it. For me, it took awile but it has paid off because I stuck with it. I did a Mercedes commercial on Monday here in Atlanta. It's about investing in yourself like any business.I spent money on headshots, comp cards and took a couple workshops in acting and runway. But I was able to pay that back. I'm about to invest in another round of photos,but this time I will use the money I just made doing the Mercedes  commercial. I wouldn't have gotten to commercial without the photos and the commercial training.
Definitly worth it.. And their nice people.

About Faces isn't a rip off at all.The last comment is obviously from one of their competitors. I have done many assignments with them over a span of 3 years. I invested in myself paying for only photos and a workshop in acting and runway. Tom Logan,a LA film director flew into Atlanta for a 3 days acting workshop for About Faces that was extremely helpful. They also did a great job on my headshots.Very reasonably priced. The printing was only a $1.00 per 8x10. The agency did not charge me anything for representation. They have only taken 20% from my assignments. Nobody can get into the business and be considered a pro unless you invest in photos and get some coaching. It payed off for me. I am sure like in anything in life, you get back what you put into it. Plus, they have been in Atlanta with a Peachtree St address for over 20 years. That should mean something.

About Faces staff are all very professional. I have loved my time with them. I just got booked on a Bridal catalog shoot and made $1000/day for 6 days. I did take the training for runway and TV/film and shot with their photographers. I love my pictures and they have gotten me work. What I thought was the best part about them was during my workshops they got me small jobs like promos, hair shows and extra parts in 3 feature films. All paid jobs while I was still in training. I was able to build my resume too.It paid off for sure. You get out of it what you put into it.

I have had a great 5 year working relationship with About Faces and they are the real deal. I am also listed with 6 other agents in this part of the country. They have booked me on more jobs than any other agency. I did a Converse shoot,a prom and bridal shoot,a Ga tourism location shoot,and a show for New Balance to name a few. I trained in commercials with them(very good workshop). I shot my composite with them. (excellent photographers)It was so worth the investment in myself.
I never had to pay a fee for agency representation. You really only pay for good training and great photos. Then you are ready to be booked professionally.

I have been listed as a model with About Faces for over 8 years.I went through their workshops for runway,TV and film,and Photo.They have been so good to me.I have been able to pay for much of my college tuition .It has been a very rewarding experience.I started when I was 13 yrs old and have never had a problem with them.I have always been treated with welcoming arms.They have always paid me for every job I have done in a timely manner.They are very professional.Thank You.
