In November, 2009, we found a website that offered a "free trial" on Acai Berry Detox. My wife had the product shipped, thinking that the product could be canceled within 14 days. Unfortunately we were duped. Checking account was debited the day she agreed to this "free trial" period. On November 23, she called this company and demanded a refund. Company said they would refund the money within 3 - 7 business days from receipt of a letter that she had to send them. She sent the letter on November 30. She got an email shortly afterwards saying that the refund was on it's way and would take about seven business days (around December 8). It's February 7 and so far the refund has not been applied.
