All are listed in Palm Beach County public records search, property appraisers office, and tax collectors office.
The officers are
Juan Pablo Zuetta, Vladislav Skoro, and Anthony Pellegrino. As of 1/13/09 the last two have been removed from corporate listings leaving only Juan Zuetta.
All companies are represented by Mark B. Goldstein P.A. who is shown as the Secretary. He is their attorney and lists his address as 2700 North Military Trail Suite 130 Boca raton, FL 33431. 561-989-9955
The phone numbers found for the 5 companies are 866-938-4832, 561-939-6601, and a fax 561-391-1150. As of 1/13/09 Juan Zuetta is the only other officer listed.
A public records search finds a Juan Pablo Zuetta born in Argentina, birthday of 10-05-73, residence in Coral Springs Florida. I could not definitely find his home address. There are no listings in Palm Beach or Broward County property appraisers offices but Palm Beach County does show a marriage record to a Kimberly Monique Simpson 9-3-71 also from Coral Springs.
All this information was obtained from public records and WILL be filed with the county, state, and federal authorities. By not allowing customers to return or cancel orders is mail fraud and is illegal.

I ordered this product and others in the past. None of them sent me the "free trial" and just ignored me. There is this product, some magazines, a fruit company...I can't remember them all. However, they all counted either 14 or 30 days from the DATE OF ORDER and then charged my credit card and sent more of the product.
There is no trick to this. It is disclosed in a link near the bottom of the page, or a side, that explains this in detail. So, just mark the calendar when the order is made, note if the trial is 14 or 30 days, then call during that time to cancel repeat shipments.
The company cannot be blamed if their instructions haven't been read.
