I have filed dispute with my credit card company, but these people are very careful not to leave a full phone number on the transaction. The 888-622-4932 number they give as customer service says to cancel on line.
Buyer Beware! This is my second time stung with a run-around like this--same scenerio with a sample offer--another company. That's the end of my lessons. I just hope that I am not out of $88. Sharing expeience!
