i called last week to cancel my 'free' trial so that i wouldn't be charged and did it within the 15 days required. i spoke to a man who stated that the account had been closed and would not receive any more charges on it and there was nothing more i needed to do.
low and behold today in the mail i received a letter stating my account was overdrawn, i knew that i hadn't overspent and logged into my online account only to find the culprit was the nearly 80 this company charged me after cancelling.
had the product have worked, i probably would have kept getting it, but it's just a fake all the way around. so far i've only emailed the company since it's now after hours. warning to anyone wanting to lose weight, do it the old fashioned way, it will definitely be cheaper!
