Never heard of company or product ... 4.95 s/h chg "appeared" on credit card ... called number on chg card item listing to question them ... said I HAD ordered product "trial" ... even though I disputed order they would not refund money ... were VERY INSISTENT I had indeed ordered product ... said they had "proof" in form of verified USPS delivery confirmation, etc ... Cancelled account to prevent any further shipments/charges. Called Credit card & they did a courtesy credit for the 4.95.

Following month another chg on credit card ... 39.95 ... called again ... they said I had not returned "trial" product within specified time ... again explained I had never ordered anything from them ... had never heard of them or their product before ... had no idea even of what the product was I had supposedly ordered, etc ... again they stated they had "proof" of my order and USPS delivery confirmation. I again cancelled my account and got a confirmation number this time.

Again called credit card to dispute additional chg ... they enterd my cancellation confirmation number into my case file and are submitting a complaint to Acaia-Pure ... also informed me they were "familiar" with Acaia-Pure but left it at that ... Easy to read between the lines on that comment!!! ... and told me Acaia-Pure usually responded to inquiries promptly with "sufficient" info to enforce chg and I'd probably end up liable to pay them.
