Acaiblast4Free is violating Federal Law to try and scare you in to paying them.  Notice how their emails change and then disappear.  I love this setup, however.  First read their contractual recognition that I never received an order...  Follow the second email, where Ms. Sunderland tries to use technical data to scare me, as if I haven't backtracked their various locations through WHOIS and also tracked their business practices through the Department of Justice.  It IS ILLEGAL for anyone as a representative of a firm to threaten you with a federal criminal proceeding without legal representation and a proper claim under FRCP rule 8.  Good old Kim, has now officially crossed the lines of violating multiple federal laws, including extortion, violation of the federal debt collection act, and misrepresentation on behalf of the US government.

Here is my advice to their firm.  If you want to mess with me for your 99 dollars.  I pray to God, your attorney is represented by Latham Watkins in California.  My personal attorney who is looking into your federal violations for a civil lawsuit against all name parties on the WHOIS domain ownership list works for Vison and Elkins.  Please feel free to have your attorney contact me.  However, I would advise your attorney, though they may be from China, that you have written a document threatening federal criminal acts for a contract that was not valid (a) was never subject to mutual assent (b) and was never fulfilled by your firm (c).  PLEASE.. do not let them scare you with those lines about the federal government.  If you need peace of mind, look at their record online.  Know judge would ever consider their organization legitimate to enter into a contract with knowing that the statute of frauds provision will apply to almost 100% of their transactions.
