Revealed the Truth About Accelerated Wealth Productions this is only an opinion of mine about Accelerated Wealth Productions Draper Utah.

I just got done attending a 3 day real estate seminar in Draper Utah I paid $1500 for a 3 day seminar what a rip off you get no cds or any papers on their program. The main speaker would amble on about his deals that he did that made him money with no prove. The seminar was about using their system on how to buy and flip a homes in different parts of the us such as LA, Las Vegas NV, and Arizona. The first day of class was real good with some good information to be learned but the other two days was mostly about how the speaker and his family were living the good life in the country.

The last two days was mostly about getting on the bus tour that lasted three days This cost's 20,000 dollars I wish I had a dollar for every time the speaker would say the words BUS TOUR. [continued below]....
..... They then would take you out into another room by yourself and tell you how you can pay for the 20,000 dollar bus tour by getting more credit cards and charging the amount to them.Accelerated Wealth Productions Draper Utah associated with David and Melina Montelongo, Tobey Wagoner  They also tell you at the free 3 hr that they have contacts with hard money lenders and you will get that info at the 3 day seminar. You never do in order to get that info you will need to pay the 20,000 and get on the bus tour. You can find this info yourself buy using the internet.

I told the person that took me out into a different room that I could get a good Realtor and they could do the same thing for me and find a good property for me to flip. I wouldn't have to pay the Realtor the Realtor gets paid by the seller I could then use the 20,000 to fix up a house and be money ahead. That person got mad and slammed his book closed and left in a huff.

Also breaking news if anybody has used Accelerated Wealth Productions to buy real estate in Utah And the showed you real estate and set up appointments and you paid them any monies to do this they are suppose to be licensed.

ACCELERATED WEALTH DEFUNCT

AUTHOR: Pam - ()

The company filed its Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition on April 22, 2013 in the bankruptcy court for the district of Utah, showing plenty of creditors.

Waggoner, Dallas Tall, Ryan Farr, et. al. are indeed the scam artists they profess not to be. Tall has over a dozen prior convictions, including numerous felonies and incarceration.

The group scammed  an  Alabama woman out of  $450,000 in February, 2013. What happened to her money? Tobey honeymooned in Hawaii at same time as bankruptcy was filed---trip taken on whose money?

Please post your information, these guys need to go down hard.

ANOTHER smear tactic

AUTHOR: Accelerated Wealth - (United States of America)

Joe (or whoever you are)-  Your information is completely wrong, and it's obvious you didn't go to the seminar.  Your "facts" about selling real estate without a license are also true and unfounded.  The facts are:  We OWN every piece of real estate we offer.  By owning such real estate, we are asset managers liquidating assets.  Completely legal.  The only time you have to be an agent or broker is when you are representing a THIRD parties property.

To the public-  For those of you who actually use this forum as a valid source of information, let me remind you the internet is like the bathroom stall.  Anyone can write what they want, true or not.  This is not true.  What it is, is an attempt to smear our reputable name by a competitor with a not-so reputable name.  If you truly are considering attending one of our events, please call us and we will be happy to speak with you about any legitimate concerns or questions.  We can be reached at 855-884-5369.  9-5:00 MST.  Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Say it isn't so Joe...

AUTHOR: Seminar junkie - (United States of America)

Just a quick FYI- I attended this same real estate seminar, and Joe, your cover is blown with this post .

Where's the rip off? Are you sure you're not the problem? It's kinda immature to blame someone else for your inability to teach you something. That's just my opinion after spending 2 1/2 days with you in the class. You were kind of a "know-it-all" I'm sure you didn't think anyone would divulge this about you, but you really should be honest.

I agree the speaker did spend too much time bragging himself up, but I think that's what all these so-called "experts" do, so it didn't bug me. I attend tons of seminars to learn stuff, and I usually do becuase I go there with an open mind. I'm just not that insecure to be jealous of someone who's the living the good life. That's why I went to the seminar, to learn if I could improve my situation. Who cares what HIS situation is?

I'm also happy to correct your mis-interpretation of them offering to sell us properties, they didn't do that. They put me in touch with a different company, just like they said they would, that I could buy the properties from (and I did). I didn't choose to buy the Bus Tour, but I wasn't bugged that they offered it. I bought a property from their referred company so I could get an immediate return and save the money I'm making on my rental property to maybe buy the Bus Tour next time and learn how to become a better real estate investor.

Keep an open mind and an honest heart, you'll be happier and get more out of every life experience.
