I called account now May 1st to file a dispute and was told the i would have to shut down my account and have a new card sent to me i agreed, 3 days later i called and my account balance said zero?? I spoke with costomer service that day and was told my account was CLOSED i no longer could have an account with account now and that a check would be issued.
I was told my check was sent out May 6th by a supervisor and that it would be in my mail box the following wed... and of course NO CHECK! I was then told it was send out on the 6th and that i would receive it in 14days. DAY11 i called again and was told MY CHECK WAS NOT SENT OUT???? and it could take up to 4 weeks before i would receive anything??? WHY ARENT THE REPS INFORMED WHY HAS IT BEEN 2 weeks and no check yet WHERES MY MONEY!
