By the way, their customer service is the absolute biggest pile of sh* I've ever dealt with. It's the worst. They have no customer service. Their little chat with a live agent button on their website doesn't work. There are no live agents. I've tried to get in touch with a live agent probably 100 times and each and every time it says they are busy. They aren't busy, they just don't care. Emailing them isn't much better either. I've emailed them a dozen times or close to it and they've replied to me maybe twice. The rest of the times, they just ignored me.
Back to my account, they finally processed my information and updated my status on their website as "waiting queue." That specifically says, " Your account submission is complete. You should receive your payment shortly." Well, it's been six days now, 6 DAYS, and I still have not received payment for my characters. They STILL have not told me why they are taking so long, and I'm sick of it. I'm going to see if I can find a more credible website and sell my characters there. By the way, accountgear.com and gamewar.com are the same websites. Don't mess with either one of them. Stay way from these lazy con artists. They just waste your time.

POSTED: Monday, November 05, 2012In my past response, I was pretty harsh on them. They had actually responded to me multiple times during this process The issue was not that they weren't responding, but my frustrations with getting my payment. What ended up happening was they weren't able to get into my account because of an issue with the account being locked. When I sorted through my e-mails with them, they had provided instructions on how to fix this which I didn't realize until after I posted this.
When I did restore access to the locked account, they were able to process my submission almost instantly. I am very pleased with their service and if I could I would delete this post I made.
