Bear in mind this is an ongoing book of sorts on the activities of individuals have been busted by the Feds, have cooperated because they feared jail time, they took the easy way out and squealed on contractors,
other individuals with politicial connections Richie Grace, Louis Durante Jr. (Durante Brothers) who was caught with payoffs to the NYS and the city and busted by the Feds. Let me clear up who this Frankie (Frankie) Santora is. He is the son of Frank Santora Sr, 1st thru the IV.

He is from Maspeth Queens NY and lives on Regatta Dr in Douglaston Manor NY. His wife is Katherine Scaturro, of the now defunct Scaturro Supermarkets. She baled him out when the Feds busted him and his drug partners in the early 90"s. Richie Grace, son of Anthony Grace and murderess Alice Crimmins, was his partner in crime. Alice Crimmins, murder of her two children circa 1965.

He is nephew of Millie Parisi Mickey Parisi, the queen of check kiting and real estate fraud. Her partners were and are Jospeh Parisi, son of Sando Parisi, partner of the Miniacis of Fort Lauderdale Fla, Paramount Vending of NY and now Florida.

Joseph Parisi and his partner Johnny Durante, son of Yolanda Durante, were part and parcel to check kiting through out the construction industry. NY Paving et al. Interboro Perez, Josan Asphalt Haulers, etc. Sicilian Asphalt also.

They are still active in it.

Bear in mind all proceedings in Bankruptcy court and elsewhere are totally fraudulent. Frankie Santora"s and his partners were drug dealers.

How did Frankie Santora Jr III, II, III, IV, etc escape all of this? Don't forget his father Frank Santora of Maspeth NY, Brooklyn NY Ash Equipment, Willets Point Corona Queens NY.

Bank fraud, real estate fraud, fraudulent bankruptcy filing and motions and procedures.

There go your federal tax dollars, NYS tax dollars, and NYC tax dollars.

He also too in Scaturro family money (400k) into his vast enterprise. WHY?????

Santora's wife Kathy helped bail out Santora when the Feds came in. Why wasn't there house in Douglaston Manor Ricoed and the property @ 646 Lorimer St Brooklyn NY??

When the Feds busted Frankie Santora and his drug dealing partners in the early 90's, they supposedly RICOed his properties.

The properties in Willets Point Queens were RICOed. This was well after Santora cash out of them through Maspeth Federal Savings and National Westminister Bank through the help of banker on the take Bob Schmidlin, Massapequa NY.

His house was spared in Douglaston Manor NY and his hotel property @ 646 Lorimer St Brooklyn NY. Why was this?? A 6 by 6 cell wasn't his idea of prime real estate.

Where also did the monies go from his refinancing the properties in Willets Point NY??? What checking accounts? Ace Estates, Scaturro, his drug partners?? Where????????? Other hidden companies?

Santora intermingled drug money through bank accounts and operated out of 646 Lorimer St as well as the Willets Point properties 34-10 127 st Corona NY and others. Scaturro SUPERMARKETS ALSO USED NATIONAL WESTMINISTER. (Bob Schmidlin)

She was the queen of check kiting and she did it for the family members, Anthony J Parisi, Frank Santora Sr or 111 0r IV, he and his son went by various titles to elude the IRS and other agencies. Josie Santora, wife of Frank Santora Sr. was also a partner. Maspeth Queens NY.

Thewre was a family quarrel going back many years. Millie Mickey Parisi wanted Anthony Parisi out of the business. Therefor she let her check kite explode. She then went to Frankie Santora Jr for $100000 tp pay off Citibank. None knows why she went to him. They had already used the Miniaci"s for mortgage money on these properties in Willets Pt NY 11368.

Considering Santora Jr, 646 Lorimewr St Brooklyn NY and Regatta Dr Douglaston Manor NY was her favorite nephew, she connived to use his money. He then simply refinanced the properties through inflated appraisals at Maspeth Federal Savings, National Westminister (Bob Schmidlin, Massapequa NY) and Nat West ( Scaturro Supermarkets). Everyone of the Parisi's and Durante's had dealings with European American, National Westminister, Manufactures Hanover, where Joseph Parisi current wife worked. So I hope you can see the picture.

Scaturro Supermarkets, when they were in business also used Nat West for real estate transactions. How convenient that Santora's in laws used the same bank as he did, especially when you had Bob Schmidlin, bank manager, in your hip pocket. I wonder if Frankie Santora issued Schmidlin a 1099???? There was alot of fraud committed involving National Westminister and now Nat West. Schmidlin worked previously at European American. This guy socked away alot of cabbage.
