I was contacted via phone by a salesman claiming that I had an account in good standing as was wondering if I needed any of the items that I had purchased in the past. I should have hung up on him right then because I never ordered from Ace Industrial and never opened an account with Ace Industrial. I listened to the BS of free items and cheap supplies. I later found out that it is not so cheap and they screw you on shipping, but even before then I looked them up online and found tons of complaints on them for this very issue. Needless to say thier product was returned to them... but guess what.... they claim to have never received it. They are now harassing via phone and fax. Wes, the prick, called three times in a row when I refused to carry on a conversation with him. He threatened me with everything from harm to calling other companies in our area to tell them I would not pay. Then there is Clark, he has called several times, but on different days, he is not as big of a prick as Wes but still attempts to screw people. Now today it is Mr. Faberge, I assume spelled like the egg, this guy is the biggest ass of them all. He threatened me with criminal charges.. yes folks, he is going to have me thrown in jail. I guess some people fall for such tactics so I informed him that he was a dumb ass to make such threats concerning a civil matter. Then he threatened to take my company and close it down. I got off the phone with him while he was still ranting and threatening. He called back two more times within the next 6 minutes. Pure harassment. They also enjoy wasting my ink and paper by sending endless faxes. I return the favor and thank them for harassing me in such a manner that I have written proof. If anyone from Ace Industrial suppy calls you just hang up!!!!!!!! Dont be another victim to these crooks. Check them out, there are complaints such as this one all over this site and others. I would love to find someone who wants to get into a class action suit against these jokers.

If you file suit against these jerks post it on here, I would be willing to get in on that and I am sure there are plenty of other people on here that would too.

Ace is a scam. My small company recieved 2 cases of de-icers, that's a total of 24 cans. we did not ordcer the,...I called, a woman told me they called and got a confirmation. I asked what # she called, and she read off a # that does not belong to the 3 peoples #'s connected to the business. I said that is not our # you need to pick these up. She said I would get a call back, I got another bill. I wrote on the bill DID NOT ORDER COME PICK UP. To which a get another bill and a call. I explained to the man it was not ordered and they called the wrong # for confirmation. Oh he say I will look into it. What I get is a letter saying I have 15 days from date on letter to return "this will be realized at your cost" by UPS or this will go to collections blah blah blah. Do you know how heavy 24 cans of de-icers are. So I called and got Jermome, he stated there is no record of my conversation with the woman who quoted the wrong #..I said then you deleted it. He started arguing with me, the customer..arguing with me. WHAT A LOSER!!!!
So I well have trudge the 2 heavy boxes (I am a woman) to the UPS and pay 30 or 40 dollars to return something I never ordered. If I need de-icer I would go buy a can for 6 bucks, not pay 291.45 for 24 cans. Sadly this is all started with a tarp order which was also a NIGHTMARE one quoted price, different price on bill. If they ever call us again, or try this scam again I will hire a lawyer and sue them.
