This company is terrible in so many ways: not only are they are terribly dishonest but they are also negligent in their work, constantly late for appointments, astronomical & rediculous estimates, poor work.
Nevertheless, I wish I'd seen the other reviews before we called them...Writing a whole thing on how they acted would just make me mad but maybe it would be worth. I still won't do it for now, they do not deserve my time and energy...trust in what I say and trust and all the other reviewers, don't use Ace Plumbing and Rooter for anything because they will screw you.
Good luck Jonathan Millington, see you when you get out of jail.
