I found their coupon in the valpak that come in the mail. Defiantly wrong choice. I had them come in a little did I know it was a rip off and false advertising and basically fraud. Two guys came into my house,they used equipment that was not entended for duct cleaning nor did they even know how provide the service or communicate . They used a regular vacuum that didn't even have a filter in which all the dust blew right out , all over my kids and furniture. They took down vents and didn't even have any tools or extra screws to put back my vents once they were removed. They lost the original screws , I couldn't believe I was searching for some extra ones.

After they blew dust everywhere , they tried to sell me on more services. They claimed to have seen images in their camera of mold. They mention that I needed an additional service for sanitation and they would throw in a deorderizer. They tried to hustle me to spend $400 , very aggressively under tremendous pressure. I told them it was not my intention to spend that kind of money. They told me they would take whatever I got... For minute it was like they were on the street pushing drugs. Horrible approach. I told them I was only interested in the cleaning and the deorderizer. Which happens to only get worse.

My children were in my home the entire time. Basically full of dust , playing in dust. I'm cleaning everywhere hoping they'll leave already soon after they use the deorderizer. This was ultimately the cherry on top. I wish I was presented the look of what they were using... Whatever they used it set off the smoke alarms in which they took this chance to pack up fast and even have the adascity to turn off the lights. My home smelled like a burnt ciggerette. I opened all windows and doors to air it all out. It was 30 degrees outside. I never got to see the after pictures of the vents to see the final outcome.

I called and asked to speak to superviser the following day. They run a poor customer service operation. I complained about the service , the cleaning, the smell, everything. All they said they can do was Email the superviser and that they will return my call at the end of the day. The end of the day came - there was no call. I called again the following day, they said no refund. They said they can help me out by sending out another technician. I asked if they were certified they said yes. I told them that at the next appointment for them to bring it and show me with their camera again the aftermath of the ducts. Superviser said he would made and appointment for that night. No one came. They called me instead after I waited 3 hrs for them to arrive. They said their techs will not make it. So Monday it would be for sure. I was furious.

Monday comes.No one comes. I called again for the third time. They stated their techs went to the wrong address. It was interesting enough to hear that they sent their techs to the wrong address ,having finding me so easily on file when I called. The first thing they would ask when I called each time was , what's your address. I already knew they were running from me. I asked them if I can pick up my refund they said no ,needy don't allow ppl into their office. Once I searched their address, their business is run from home. Ridiculous , it's not even a legit home based business.
