I sent the computer to Texas and Acer refused delivery - everything was just like they wanted. I am trying again. This time repackaged. Acer is especially rude in the process and dealing with ther foreign (India) service people is especially taxing. They kept demanding numbers that I did not have because the numbers were with the computer in Texas. This cost me a lot of wasted time.
