I seen this website about Acai Berry Maxx that was supported by Oprah, Dr. Oz, and Racheal Ray. I thought I would give it a try since it described how much energy it gave you. If Oprah and Dr. Oz would stand behind this product, why not give it a try. Only $5.95 for S$H. All I would have to do is cancel within 14 days. I went ahead and cancelled through the email, provided on the website, the next day (knowing that I would never spend $80.00 on any type of supplement) I had realized that within 14 days my account was charged for $80.00. I didn't receive my product until 20 days after ordering. How was I suppose to try it and cancel within 14 days? I had tried to call the phone number given and cancel my product. The phone was constantly busy. I went directly to the website and found another number and left a message to cancel and demand a refund (since I did send an email to cancel). I sent numerous of emails to cancel and asked for refund, but was still wasn't credited for the charge. I was able to stop the charges, but wasn't refunded for the additional amount charged. The product doesn't work. I would bet that it was a placebo pill and nothing more. I started to do additional research and realized that there were at least 10 additional websites with the same exact story on weight loss. The only difference was the name of the person had been changed but the picture of the before and after results were the same. This disgusts me that this can actually go on this long and nothing has been done. They are getting rich quick by scamming people. How can they endorse celebrities (especially Oprah) without their permission and not have to pay consequences?
