Action Appliance created service requirements, unprofessional consulting/ advice Aurora Colorado

Action Appliance "serviced" our combined washer/dryer unit, apparently replacing the dryer heating element and cleaning the vent, at a charge of $405.

The next day we tried the washer it made loud noises and would not function. They said it needed work estimated at over $800.

The washer was working perfectly before they touched it. It could hardly have broken down immediately the next time we tried to run it. This combination unit is almost 10 years old and can be replaced with a new machine for less than $800. They "recommended" total repairs over $1,200.

When I tried to get an explanation, I could not get past Amber and all she would say is she is trying to help me but would not do anything, including getting anyone else involved.

Suggest you find a reputable company and avoid Action Appliance entirely.
