I placed an order in December for one DVD as a stocking stuffer for my son. This company sent me a different video than what i ordered & different than what was on their email confirmation for my order. As their website instructs you I emailed to notify them of the error. They acknowledged the error & stated that it was an " honest mistake" which I accepted. They informed me that i could keep the video, order a replacement video or have my card credited. Since we already had the video that they sent us, i asked for my card to be credited.

I then received an email stating they would now offer me two videos as replacements once I returned the video that was sent to me. Sounded like a more than fair deal, so i provided them the two videos that i wanted & put the miss-shipped video in the mail per their intructions to a PO Box including the original packing slip.

After a period of about two weeks went by, i eamiled them again asking what the status was on my replacement order. After a few back & forth emails they finally sent me an email asking "have you not received them yet"? I informed them that I had not receive them & asked if they could double check with their shipping department.

That is when I received an email back from them stating that they were still waiting on the return video. The email  was written in a manner that seemed to now be accusing me of not ever sending it.  I wrote them back including a PDF of the postal reciept that depicted the date it was shipped, anticipated delivery date, weight, city & zip code (could not have gotten it signed as it went to a PO box). I also provided them with two options: either credit my card back or send me the videos  The postal receipt clearly showed that it would had been delivered over three weeks ago.

It has been two weeks since I sent them this email & they have not responded to my request. After reading some other complaints on the web about people who had gone through fairly similar scenarios with this company I thought I should post something to inform potential customers that they have not retified their ways.

As other have stated, you cannot reach anyone in this company on the phone, morning, noon or night any time or any day...believe me i tried. You only get a message stating that they are not currently open with no voice mail options.

I have never felt compelled to post something simular to this before & hopefully never will again. Believe me it is definitely not the dollars lost that is motivating me, it is purely the principle.

Though this company may be a few dollars less than some of other sities, it definitely is not worth it. Think about this before you click on that confim & buy button with this company.
