Action Towing and Recovery Stuart Wolf, Action Towing and Recovery of Mays Landing and of Dorothy New Jersey was contracted to perform snow removal services. The owner, Stuart Wolf submitted a COI but after his trucks caused damages- found mays landing, New Jersey

The owner acknowledged damages and stated repairs will be done in Spring of 2009. The owner never did repairs. His insurance company was contacted and they stated that he is not covered for snow removal. My employer filed a law-suit but Stuart Wolf stated he has no money.
This company and owner are a rip-off. This company and owner are now out of business. Lesson learned---always confirm COI with a contractors insurance company before services are performed!
