Ms. Van Laan is the sole owner of a dog breeding business, Acura Cockapoos, in Irmo, SC at her home where she only allows her clients to pay in cash. She runs her business through her online website, www.acura-cockapoo.com. I have knowledge that she has been extensively lying about the profit she makes for tax purposes to receive unfair college grants and loans for her son attending the University of South Carolina. She has the ability to fabricate the number of dogs that are born and sold and at what prices. Ms. Van Laan finds these deceptive actions humorous and tends to brag to others about how she found a way around paying income taxes and college tuition honestly. I know much more about this situation and would be happy to assist anyone in their concerns with this business.

I am the owner of Acura Cockapoos. I do sell my puppies on line via www.acura-cockapoo.com. My puppies are sold healthy with a guarantee, you can visit my website to see available puppies, pricing and payment options (which are cash, PayPal or cashiers check all of which are traceable). I am licensed yearly to have my business in my home. I have two accountants (one is an tax accountant and one is a tax attorney) who file my taxes with the IRS and the State of SC every year. I am in full compliance with all regualatory agencies.

No one has been closely associated with my business except my family. I do not have paid or non paid help working for me. My children and husband are my help.

The person who made this complaint should put a name the complaint if they want to be taken seriously. The name "anonymous" means this is a false accusation and purely made out of spite.
