My question is: how can any dealer use this service when he is in legal troubles over and over? How can PCNA support the use of a convicted felon, who has not paid back restitution owed from a previous case and continues to be involved in legal issues even as I type this.
I do know that a class action lawsuit against PCNA, All Porsche delaers involved and all financial institutions who disclosed information that should be help private and violated the FTC's Privacy Rule is being prepared.
Any person who was denied purchasing a Porsche due to funds not being in their bank account for more than 3 days should join the cause.
Being labeled a potential exporter and put on a list so you can never buy a Porsche and paying cash (possibly even blocking you if you were to finance or lease) has to be defamation of character (or libel) and should be held accountable.
