On May 13, 2012 I got an email stating that I have been invited to a wealth-building seminar given by millionaire internet guru Adam Ginsberg. The email stated that by attending the webinar that Mr.Ginsberg would share his wealth building techniques. It stated that by just attending the webinar that he is going to give you his brand new,eBay book.If you register
for the webinar you will get the free book.So I registered and listen to the webinar.I found out during the webinar that the book was not totally free that you must pay $14.99 for the shipping charges. So I paid the shipping charges for
the book using my credit card.I was expecting to hear a lot of good information on how he built his internet wealth but the only thing that he talked about was his upcoming 3-Day Ebay Mastery Workshop in order to learn his wealth building
techniques.Since it was free I went ahead and signed up for the workshops which was in San Jose,CA the following week.On May 14, 2012, I got an email from the Ginsberg company stating that they had shipped the book and thanking me for
upgrading my Secrets of an Auction Millionaire purchase and that they will add all the additional materials to my package.I had no idea what they meant by being upgraded to my package with additional materials.

On May 15, 2012, I got an email from them saying that my Template Optimizer account had been activated.I did not ask for any of this stuff. On May 16, 2012, I got another email from them saying that they had given me a Template Optimizer account with a password so I could access the account. With those emails stating I am being upgraded and another email about activating a Template Optimizer account I had no idea what they were talking about.I did not order those items.A few days later I got the book,DVDs,a doll and some workbooks.Other than the free book I had no idea why they sent the other stuff to me.I did not want or order any of the other stuff in the box.I did not order any upgrade nor did I know what the upgrade was.I thought I was only getting the free book. There was no invoice in the box so I thought that the other items just came with the book.I wanted to talk to someone from the Ginsberg office on this matter. I called the number on his website and I got a recording stating that any questions must be refer to his website and someone will get back with me with via email.I felt very uneasy that I could not talk to a live person if I had questions about something.I went to the website and sent an email to them that I needed to talk to someone live.I did get an email back from them stating that they would get back with me but they never did get back with me.

After I did not get a returned call I started to become very suspicious about the company so a week before the seminar I wanted to find out more about Mr. Ginsberg.I started to do Google searches on him and every Google search kept leading me back to his website.I even did a search for scams and complaints on Adam Ginsberg and all of the searches led me back to the Ginsberg website.I thought that was very odd. It appears that Mr.Ginsberg  has purchased or manipulated Google search engines that references his name in any fashion to only link back to his website.I had to really dig very deep into the Google searches to find any complaints about Mr.Ginsberg.He seems to have cleverly covered up any negative complaints about his company.

After digging deeply in the search engines I finally found someone on the internet searches who mention the same thing that I had experience on the Google searches. To me it shows that he is very cleaver in hiding info which says something negative about his company. After that I became very suspicious so I decided that I did not want to attend his seminar nor did I want anything to do with his business.A week after the seminar ended I got a call from the Ginsberg office asking me why I did not attend the seminar and I told him that I did not feel very comfortable with their company. The guy on the phone was very rude and told to me that I had to pay over $230.00 for the items that was sent to me regardless.I had no idea that the DVDs,a doll and the workbooks were going to cost me $197.00 plus the cost of the book $39.99 which I thought was to be free.If I had seen an invoice in the box with the prices of those items I would have immediately returned them back.

On August 20, 2012 I got an email from the Ginsberg company stating that my payment was declined and that I owe them. They said my payment is in arrears and they would be sending me to collections if they dont hear from me within a week.I responded back to them that I did not knowingly purchase those items.I told them that I think their company is a total scam and will be reported to authorities.

On September 18, 2012 I received a letter from Monterey Collections Agency stating that I owe the Adams Ginsberg company $236.99.They also have been calling me at my house and my work place and have also been extremely rude.I guess they are working together with the Ginsberg company. They said that my account is now in arrears and it will affect my credit rating and legal action may be taken to collect the debt. I sent a letter back to them disputing the charges.I stated to them that other than the book that I never ordered any of the material that was sent to me. I have never used any of the DVDs,workbooks or activated the Template Optimizer account.Everything is still in the box that was sent to me and not have been used. I went to the Better Business Bureau in LA and found that the company had an F rating with numerous consumer complaints. This is a very bad company which deceives unsuspecting consumers.I wished that I would have seen the BBB "F" rating and all of the complaints before I got stuck with these guys.Stay away from this very bad company.I hope the FTC and other agencies are able to shut this business down.
