Adam Herrick is a con artist and a liar. He skipped out on a 1 year lease after 2 months. He was always late on his rent. He owes me for two month so far plus damages and clean up. He will charm you with his story. Do not trust him. He is a liar. Do not rent to him. He is a used car salesman for Jim Click Hundai in Tucson. He has a good job but refuses to pay his debt.

Lets get the facts straight

Adam Herrick signed a one year lease on April 1, 2011.

Adam was charged 1 month rent and a $1,350 security deposit.

Adam was late with his May rent.

Adam did not pay any rent in June.

Landlord filed an eviction notice on June 15 due to non payment of rent.

Adam moved out on June 23, 2011 two days before the court hearing. 

Adam left the place filthy and damaged. I have photographs.

Adam has paid $0 of the judgment against him. 

Adam is a deadbeat tenant.

Contrary to his rebuttle I have never reposted this report. 

Adam has to keep telling the world how innocent he is.

Adam is a con-artist and a liar.

Pay the $2,913 judgement and I will remove the post.

 God love the Internet. Things happen in people's lives. I entered a lease I could not hold up. This is why Landlords charge high amounts of money, like full first and last month's rent plus hefty security deposits to move in - as was the case here. The damages being referenced include a guest room toilet that never worked, outlined in our move in agreement and holes from shotty wardrobe modules that were supposed to be installed before moving in and never were. We moved out in a timely fashion (despite the personal issues all parties involved were going through) and did our best to clean. SINCE THEN I have purchased a house and successfuly leased several places as well as purchased two vehicles. I have apologized multiple times for the apparent dramatic and unexpected interruption and inconvenience this left you - a LAND LORD - in and have rebuttled this dispute multiple times only to have you constantly take your post down and repost so as to inflict whatever justice you seem to think this serves. Thanks again for absolutely nothing.
