Thank you Addison Motorcars for selling my husband and me a 2008 Honda Accord with low mileage and $3,000.00 worth of undisclosed damage!

Please remove the 3,000 mile warranty from your website, including air conditioningbecause that statement is about as FRAUD as Mr. Gary Hunt and Ralph your amazing finance manager who couldnt get us bought at the rate that was promised on initial signing, causing us to resign with an unknown credit union!

That KBB no haggle internet pricing is a joke too. Mr. Hunt should more careful when buying his luxury cars at the Dallas Auction! Try knowing more about your inventory and all makes and models of all vehicles before being a Sales Manager.

By the way Mr. Hunt, the check engine light is an indicator of a problem on ANY model and the repeated attempts to resolve the issue to no avail really set our mind at ease.

Thank you for returning our calls or should I say avoiding our calls. I look forward to taking pleasure in contacting the BBB of Dallas, Consumer Affairs, and The Attorney General about the joke of a company in Addison Motorcars! The most pleasure I will receive is reposting this to my 500 friends on Facebook to ensure that no one that I know ever buys a car from your dealership.

Mr. Hunt, be smarter next time you try to save your job and your face over having a technician at Honda reset that check engine light for a few days. I enjoy getting in to my overpriced top of the line BASE MODEL accord with mismatched headlights, ripped carpet, and broken back seat, 2 weeks after buying your car. My favorite part is looking at your beauty sitting in the drive way with only 1100 miles put on by me since buying it in June! Lets not forget that you didnt even have the inspection done when I drove off the lot nor has the verbal agreement of the tint or rattle been completed. You can delete the post to save face but there are 12 more consumer websites that will see this along with various blogging websites. My personal goal is to make sure my opinion of your business shows up first when your company name is Googled.  As consumers get smarter, sorry businesses like yours dont survive! I love the first amendment, because we have the right to express opinions regarding disgusting businesses like yours.

In economic times when people have options, word of mouth is more powerful than anything and man do I know A TON of people in the DFW area!!  Cant wait to get started! I can test out the cover your a** clause you had my husband sign, what a joke! BUYER BEWARE is right when dealing with Addison Motorcars in Addison, Texas! Oh and P.S. I do not
wish to trade in the crap car and take a loss for another piece of quality garbage from the Dallas Auction. Best wishes on your future sales.a shiny show room is smoke and mirrors!!

I have been the GM for just under 3 months.  This customer purchased the car 6 months ago and stated they tried to get Gary Hunt to fix his issues.  Gary has been gone for over 3 months and not until two weeks ago did this customer contact me at the dealership.  If I had $3000 worth of damage to a car I had just purchased would anyone have waited that long.  Why is it until December that I was contacted.  A check engine light issue in June turns into A/C damage.  I pride myself on taking care of my customers but I cannot be help responsible for someone claiming to have this much damage and waiting all this time to contact me.  And by the way, the first time she called I answered and then followed up with her within 48 hours of my decision.  Read more reviews before you take this one as how we do business.
