I worked for Adelphia Cable for 12 months. I found that they are the biggest dysfunctional company with dozens of lazy lying scumbags. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL. The management are scumbags and treat employees like criminals. Mike G. is a clown. Their computer database is filled with garbage and is dysfuntional. They double bill community residents! No wonder the owners are in prison.
80% of what they promised me did not come true. They try to sell overpriced services that don't even work well.
They rent USED digital boxes to customers that were NEVER bench tested.... In other words FAULTY.
They make many of their employees use their own vehicles for company business and never pay them mileage...but promise that they will soon. They hire outside contractors who get paid double of what Adelphia employees get paid.
Many Adelphia technicians are a joke.... not trained to install high speed internet or digital boxes... True Lackies.!

The system that I work in used to be an Adelphia system and since comcast has taken over they have upgraded the entire network which costs millions of dollars to do. And they did come in and clean house with alot of the management team from Adelphia. Comcast pays better and have great training, and I have never seen a contractor that made more money here than the in house techs do. But come on man Not cool tellin people to get a Dish!!

I hope that Comcast weeds out all those unprofessional, lazy, fat, Greedy, retarded subhumans that work at the office in Delray Beach!
I hope the big chief manager Mike the weasel has been fired.
