I found on Internet information about acai berries and their high level of vitamins. Next was the letter from the consumer how to get these wonderful berries for free if I will go for Free Trial Offer, I will be charged only $2.86 for shipping. I filled the order and also my debit card number.
9 days later Acai Alive charged to my account $79.90, I received the e mail with the order confirmation number R8116553154. When I replied to the e mail no-reply@acaialive.com showed up and I couldn't send my concerns. After I received the shipment, I didn't open it. I had very bad feeling about this business. I took the box back to post office.

It is actually illegal in some jurisdictions, so check with your local consumer protection department if you have fallen victim to this.
It is a business model that is designed to take advantage of people and processing difficulties.
You will find when you try to cancel that you have a lot of tiny details to provide, and copies of identification.... Then the identification "Won't Be Readable" please send it again, and they charge you for another month.
Then you have to send back the product... then they tell you about some RMA you need to have that no one has mentioned yet. so you track down the shipment and have it returned so you can attach the RMA number, and send it out again, but in the interim, they pack another shipment, send it off and bill you again, even though they know you are trying to cancel.
Heard it before.

We are sorry to hear that you did not understand our terms of how our offer works. As with every order the customer must check a box stating that they have read and understand how our offer works. It states that it is a 10 day trial from the date of order and after the 10 days if you like the product do nothing and we will automatically bill your card 78.23 for the full 30 day supply of Acai Alive shipment we sent you. If you do not wish to be billed the 78.23 then call us or cancel online and set up for a return of the product within the 10 day trial.
Again we apologize for any misunderstanding that you had but our terms are clearly stated in our offer. We also email a copy of the terms to you once the order is complete and supply a copy of the terms with your shipment.
