How much more do you want? Please return the beds or mattresses and move on ... It's obvious you don’t like our products and that's fine .. we will credit you minus any shipping fee's round trip and that's it ... again .... It's Simple you are dissatisfied with the product .. return it! We are allowing it under our 120 day trial - How much more can we ask .. Our product is not defective... This is your opinion because they separate a few inches when you move the bed ... This happens to 99% of adjustable bed mattresses sold nationally its part of the way the beds work BOB! and you are asking for something totally different than what you have .. a SINGLE king mattress which is not the same as what you have now .. Your asking for a different product which proves the fact you just want something else for free and are unwilling to pay for it. Or You would be asking us to replace your existing mattresses which you are NOT because the FACT is you don't want those any longer so your thinking of an excuse and this big parade to make people think we have done something wrong ... Which we have not .. Heres my resolution and that’s it .. Because you went online and slandered us and posted bad things about our company I would not help you or even consider breaking our policy .. Look at this circus your causing. secondly, you are welcome AGAIN to return the products you don't like for a refund minus and shipping round trip on the order which is non refundable and return shipping must be prepaid .. You made it clear to Bill and myself several times that you just want a single king mattress and it to be firmer .. These are comfort issues NOT warranty issues. No solution offered except demanding $1200 for replacement and reduced to $623 which is unacceptable, so I expressed my choice to deal with legal, BBB and the credit card company which is NOT A THREAT. I have a right to express my opinion, that's NOT A SLANDER. You can't violates my rights, I am not afraid of your threat pressing a charges, go ahead and try it. Your mattress having a gap of more than 2"-3". Don't teach me a law. check the mattress laws .. a 1" variance is normal in mattress heights. Lets make a peaceful resolution to this I'm simply NOT going to send you a king mattress in exchange for those you have now because they are not defective. Your complaint is they are separating on the bed .. That is clearly not a defect and a 1" variable is not going to make the bed uncomfortable in any way and check the mattress laws .. a 1" variance is normal in mattress heights.
