They no longer do hair removal- because "people got burned" (which I never once was burned) and then other employees said because "their machines broke." So who knows why they stopped this service, but I had 9 of my 12 sessions remaining, and they only gave me 50% of my money back for the inconvenience (I had 75% of my sessions left!).
What a nightmare!!! DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR GROUPONS.
