Go on line to order item pay with paypal they take money and send you an email almost right away saying item is on back order call they company and they say oh new item coming in in 2 months  try to cancel order and they send you bogus cancellation info blank paper hang up phone when you try to cancel order they get caught in there own lie,   BOGUS  Dont ORDER Nothing from them.

Ridiculous report

I've never read anything quite as ridiculous as this report!

Everyone on the planet knows that Adorama is not only one of the largest independent photographic retailers in the whole world, but it is also one of the most honest, most reliable - and offers outstanding customer service, plus the fastest shipping (if you order by 7pm EST, your order can still be shipped that evening), some of the most competitive prices and a range of goods that is second to none.

I just saw this review, and THIS accurately describes Adorama:

"Hello Adorama, Denmark, Europe calling in!

If your looking for a trouble order stop reading. I have only good things to say about ordering online at Adorama. The order I put in to Adorama was in the first place in disorder so I called up the service center to get it right. There was this Brian O who helped me to correct the order so I could sleep well. I was nicely instructed by the Brian O with whom I
also was mailing to so I was happy and felt safe that it was the same person I was dealing with.

I was also a little worried if the package reached the right destination in Florida to my friend who was going abroad to Europe within a few days where he had a photo arrangement so I needed to be sure that he got the gear within a few days. I was helped out here as well Hello there Denmark, Europe calling Adorama!
 
I have only good things to say about ordering online at Adorama. The order I put in to Adorama was in the first place in disorder so I called up the service center to get it right. I was nicely instructed by the guy with whom I also was mailing to so I was happy.  I was also a little worried if the package reached the right destination in Florida to my friend who was going abroad to Europe within a few days where he had a photo shoot so I needed to be sure that he got the gear within a few days. I was helped out here as well with the correct post delivery methode. On the day of the delivery I called the service center and they could see who have signed for the package at delivery. Adorama send me a recipt from the postal service who signed for the collect and I could call my friend and tell him at his work that his mother in law had signed for the package. I smiled and was leaning back in my chair with my coffee knowing that on the other side of the Atlantic people also want to be at your service and help if you are a little bit nervous about ordering online at Adorama. Thank you for good and sober service.
