I understand about people being frustrated with AdultFriendFinder since I've been a member there for 11 years. But while there are some people who are fakes and bots that are spamming the chatrooms, most people in the chats are real.

I have met, in person, over 750 people in my years being there and I used to organize the Houston,Texas meet & greet parties. I met my husband of 6 years through the website and know over 25 couples who have met and married from AFF.

Yes, I am a real person, who is a wife and mother. I have even introduced my sister to AFF and she's now a member.

I am truly sorry that your experience was such an awful one because there are very nice people chatting there.

I can't imagine all of these everyday women brave enough to post pics of themselves nude, engaging in sex acts, and acting like genuine sluts. My policy has always been respond politely, with a yes or no I'm interested. But the thousands of emails I sent maybe 1 percent ever answered.

a few pet peeves:
1) women advertsing themselves as a single female, until you start reading the profile and the word "hubby" shows up.

2) Tech support blows! the site is always broken the chat never works.

3) People accept you into their "network of friends", then when you try to chat with them they deny you. attention-getters and in some weird competition to get the biggest network.

4) Any collection of such beautiful women don't need to go online to get laid. And notice that at least 75 percent are bisexual? I've known a lot of ladies in my time, and maybe 1 percent were open to being with another woman.

5) I didn't renew my silver membership on 2/5/07 and immediately deleted my profile.

6) I called one woman on the carpet and openly called her a fraud, and wow did she get defensive (we fit what she was "looking" for and refused to even chat or trade emails)

If you had read the dates of the rebuttals, you would see that one was written in 2002 and the accusation of a bogus rebuttal in 2004? But that is somewhat of a moot point.



I frequent AFF chat rooms, particularly the NORCAL one quite a bit and althought their IRS sucks beyond belief and is filled with bots, there are actuall conversations with real people going on there. I have met quite a few, and only one was a rich asian man lol. Most of the members that I have met HAVE, in fact been females. I have met quite a few people who pass themselves off as males, but I honestly believe that they are misguided turkey vultures.

I am the REAL Christine from Daytona Beach. I received an email today out of the blue saying someone had responded to my rebuttal. Imagine my surprise since I have never posted a rebuttal.



While I had an account on AdultFriendFinder.com, I have never been in their chat room and never posted anything on here.



I am not sure who posted this fake response or how they got my information, but I can only imagine it was from my adultfriendfinder.com membership.



I would seriously question giving any personal information to this site and will be looking into this matter more indepth.

Come on "Stacey" and "Christine"! You guys expect us to believe that out of the 15 Million users Friend Finder claims to have that the only to people that would post to defend this Adult Pornographic Dating company are two women? Do you think we are dumb enough to think that, with a database that Friend Finder admits to being over 90% male, that two independent intelligent women decided to stand up for the merits of the deceptive scam company and NOT ONE SINGLE MAN!?!?



Look, here's the deal. If you are a member of any of the Friend Finder dating sites, and you meet someone you think you like, then you're really talking to a middle aged asian guy who is employed by crminal Andrew Conru.



But, don't worry. All you need to do is pick up the phone, call your bank, and ask for a chargeback. If enough people do this, the banks will shut them down. 200 middle aged asian guys will be unemployed, but millions of other Americans will no longer be prone to be ripped off by this criminal network.

I have noticed many ads popping up at the same time I have used this site for years and met many wonderful friends so Not all of us there are fake or recorded.



I think it is a wonderful site to meet other singles looking for little pleasures in life

My opinion

I have visited the AFF site off and on for a few years now, and I don't believe your accusation of taped chat is correct.



Yes, there are people who come in there and try to solicit porn sites. However that happens in nearly every chat room on the web from aol to icq. Website are always trying to come up with a way to stop this, but it does happen. I would think a porn site would especially target rooms on AFF, because it is adult chat rooms.



In regards to repeated phrases, which led to your record conversation remark, I have seen this as well but I do not believe it is recorded. I believe it is simply people not accustomed to their chat room set up.



In most chat rooms, you type your comments into a field and hit enter to send it to the room. After hitting enter, the text you just type disappears from the field.



However, in AFF the text does not automatically disappear, which means if you accidently hit enter more than once or hold it too long, the same text will be sent into the room repeated times. I know I have done this several times on accident simply because I am so used to the other chat rooms where they make this impossible.
