Does your business have a bad reputation?
Fix it the right way.
Corporate Advocacy Program™
The trick is to get you to respond with and give your email and name so they can get a hold of you. Once you do this, a generic response ends up coming to go to another pay site to see the requested female.
I searched other states and found the SAME female pictures under another profile, living in that area of the country also at the same time.
I reported this to Adultfriendfinder. Yet the subjects remained on their site. in one case, she was gone, then back up in 2 days.
This site is a "front" for to get you to pay for other sites and on and on and so forth.
Common sense should tell people that models don't go on websites looking for love. All they have to do is walk out of their house.

Andrew Conru Definitely is a Criminal
AUTHOR: Mark - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, November 13, 2004
POSTED: Saturday, November 13, 2004I worked with people at an executive level within the FriendFinder Network for years. Andrew Conru is repeatedly and constantly breaking many laws by selling personal information without their consent irregardless of whether they have opted-out of being contacted or not. I constantly receive email from these spammers despite the fact that I am always opting out. None of their email is Can-Spam compliant. I am certain that the FTC and US attorney are investigating this criminal as we complain about him. I have faith in our legal system that this scam will be shut down soon.

Response to "UPDATE EX-employee responds" ..the responses I got assumed I was some kind of hooker looking for anything breathing!
AUTHOR: Sherrie - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, November 13, 2004
POSTED: Saturday, November 13, 2004The only responses I got from AFF were usually married men cheating on their spouses. I finally yanked my profile because I found they had placed it in AFF, Friend Finder and Alt.com! The up side to that, was they were 'real people' they just didn't know the meaning of the word honesty or fidelity!
I also experienced the excessive spamming immediately upon canceling my membership! Until I read this I hadn't put two & two together ... now I understand completely! It fits all the other ridiculous things I experienced during my time there!

reminds me of someone who has an axe to grind

FF is much morse than you think
AUTHOR: FormerAFF - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, June 20, 2004
POSTED: Sunday, June 20, 20041. Engage affiliates to bring them traffic. After a short honeymoon period where everyone makes money, AFF starts to slowly begins to rip them off. The more traffic they send, the more they rip them off. It's all in the tracking systems. I know, I helped write them.
2. When new people sign up, fake profiles run by their customer service department email the guys until they sign up for a paid membership. Then, amateur porn stars promoting their own web sites, prostitutes, and the like are used to make sure you stay on longer and keep recurring (billed monthly).
3. After you request to cancel, a couple of the customer service people may try to "save the sale" and begin emails with you again. This is fairly automated. All Andrew's ideas.
4. Once you do cancel, your email address and all your personal information is sold to the highest bidder, or usually, all the bidders, to use as they may.
5. Profiles are NEVER removed and your email address is constantly used to cross promote Andrew's other sites like Dine.com and GradFinder.com.
6. From time-to-time, Andrew wakes up in the morning and feels that he's not filthy rich enough for that day. At that point he instructs the technology people (of whom he personally supervises) and tells them to do god awfult things ranging from billing peoples cards that may have cancelled months ago or send out massive amounts of spam through his spammer friends like westby (before he was arrested on the first crminal spam charges last month).
7. You may also realize that some people may puttheir profile on good-clean friend finder as a 30 year old single mom looking for a jogging partner and she shows up on Alt.com as a 30 year old mistress looking for a submissive slave with the same picture! Does anyone else see anything wrong with that?!?!
I worked for Friend Finder Inc. for years and am soooo happy to be out of there. I had many morale objections to the operations of their company. Andrew is evil and pompus. He laughs in the face of the legal structure including the state of California, the FTC, and the US Attorneys office and it seems like they cannot do anything to stop this mongul.

Email Responses - graphic nature of the email, non caring & incompatibilty of the individual
AUTHOR: Ruth - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, June 20, 2004
POSTED: Sunday, June 20, 20041. They start off by asking for sex without wanting to know me in any other way.
2. do not live close to me
3. Are married and looking to cheat
4. they respond without reading the profile which if they had they would know I would never be interested in them.
5. many people are not interested in emails and only put up a profile to veiw the site and never come back.
I get between 50 and 60 emails per week and can not possible answer all of them and many I would not answer anyway because of the graphic nature of the email, non caring of the individual, incompatibilty of the individual, or other reasons the put me off to the writer.. there are a great many people who can not respond also because they are standard members.
I have met many great peopel through the site very few through email.. which is not a very good way find someone there.. the chat rooms are the best way to find and meet people and the best value for the service. AFF has been very good about deleting ADbots fromt he chat rooms when they are reported.

Interesting... scam artists usually post a photo
AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, June 20, 2004
POSTED: Saturday, June 19, 2004On the other hand, I do know for a fact that there ARE real people listed (of course, as with any other dating site).
The key to finding them is to respond to the ads which don't have photos. The scam artists usually post a photo to generate more responses.

SUBMITTED: Tuesday, February 25, 2003
POSTED: Tuesday, February 25, 2003I have reported the same scam profiles repeatedly. They do not take them down.
In 3 months, myself and 2 others who have no trouble meeting anyone, have NEVER received a response other than paysite fronts.
Go look and see if the tons of models on their site are people who need a PC to find someone.

Adultfriendfinder.com & ripoff artists
AUTHOR: Fred - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, February 25, 2003
POSTED: Tuesday, February 25, 2003Being a single guy who's looking for a woman, I too have been targeted by a few of these scam artists, but fortunately for me, I know how to recognize them right away and not fall for them.
I maintain a free account at Adultfriendfinder and have managed to get successfully hooked up with a legitimate local swinger couple there.
