I am filing a report and warning others about this company called Advanced Wellness Research they might be using the name Netalab now for some of their products. I had seen an ad on the internet for some teeth whitening for $4.99 trial size. My nightmare begain. I read the rules I thought. Come a month later I get a phone call from my credit card company of suspicious activity on it. I called them and couln't figure out these companies. When I sent in for the free (I thought) trial for 4.99 it turned out that after 14 days I was to get a hold of them and cancel so I wouln't get billed. Of course I see in many places they trick you thinking it's 30 days notification. I was billed an additional 78.93 from some company named Max WhiteTeeth then I was also billed 83.92 from a company called My Whitening now I'm really confused. I only remember ordering and clicking on one company for this free trial size. When getting a hold of this company I was getting the run around. First you couldn't hardly understand them then they said no refund on the one order but we can give you 40.00 back. I kept on arguing then this person said how about we give you 60.00 back. I said I am entitled to a full refund if I return this package you guys just sent me. After not getting anywhere I hung up and tried the next day. This person said we don't do refunds anymore we will give you 60.00 and keep the order we don't want it. We went back and forth I wanted to speak or get a hold of someone else. Well he gives me this internet address to get my full refund back. (serviceadvancedwellnessresearch.com). I emailed them another run around. They refuse to give me another phone number or address. I also notified my credit card company what was going on and this lady named Tiffany told me to get a RMA,return address,tracking number when shipping the product back and make sure a person signs for the package. One major problem. They won't give me any information whatsoever. This problem is also going on with their other products they advertise on the internet, like the berry juice and colon cleaner to lose weight and there are lots more. This whole company is nothing but a scam. They even advertise on Oprahs website of course she denies any involvement. Lies DTA
