I hired Joe Cannon owner of Advance animal removal control to do some work in my attic to check my wall for noise. This company specialized in removal of squirrels/ rodents and other wildlife animals and cleanup. Joe came out and did a full inspection of house which I share a common walls with another unit. Joe stated that he had preformed work work to seal off all exit point were these animal may be entering my resident. Joe set the trap and seal off pipe share by other units. He schedule a follow up visit to follow up on his work. Joe return back to the resident five days later to check the previous trap he notice a fake wall in the attic he cut hole and seal off the entry that what I was told. An follow up visit was schedule by him to return back to the property which included an additional $89 dollars being charged on every returned visit. I had already paid him $389 for service not completed. Numerous calls where made to this family own business he would call back set up time frame but never show up or call 1 hour before the schedule appointment and cancel. Joe has never returned back to home to complete the work that was started nor has he return the calls. The service contractual agreement set up by Joe which offer a 30 day guarantee has not been preformed therefore the contract has been void
