We accepted a work order for Advanced Facilities Maintenance Corp in January 2012. We went out to the work order location and assessed the issue. We provided a quote to return and resolve the problem. Advanced declined out quote. We sent out an invoice for the first trip to diagnosis the problem.

It is now August 2012 and they still have not paid us. We have been promised a check on four occassions, and still nothing. We have called 21 times since March 2012 and emailed several other times. We have been passed between sales reps, accounting people and back to sales reps. They do not keep track of any conversation we have had with them. Our conversations have been track here in the office, but whenever you speak with someone at Advanced they act as if this is the first time they have heard of the problem.

If you are a service provider do not sign up to do work for this company. You will lose money, time and patience.

I did two small trash jobs for this co. Never got paid for either was promised lied to jerked arround and ripped off . Thank you , Steve Cimino cut n clean
