Advance Healthcare and Rehab of Garland who is owned and run by Advance Healthcare Soultions located at 2225 E, Randol Mill rd. Arlington Texas 76011 suite 360 is not giving me the monies, ($2,500.00) in my mom's account to use towards her funeral arraingments. They are claiming there are monies owed in her account.

$60.00 per month were to be taken from my mothers social security check each month to go towards her personal needs.  My mom was living at Advance Healthcare and Rehab of Garland for a total of 50 months be fore passing away.  There should have been $3,000.00 over this time removed from her social security checks and forwarded in her account.

When my mom passed away on July 22, 2012.  I asked for the remaining funds in her account which i was told was $2,500.00 because $500.00 had been taken from it over her time spent at the facility, (which I am aware of.)

Advanced Healthcare Solutions are taking the law into their own hands by not forwarding the remaining monies from her account to me.  I say this because... They need to file a claim against her estate for the monies they say is owed them by her.

They just can't take the law into their own hands and say you owe me this so i won't give you that.  That's not the way the laws of this country, state, of city work.

I have the right to the monies owed my my mom from her account to go towards her funeral arraingments, if they feel they have something coming to them that's fine, but it needs to get heard in a court of law where both sides can have their say, not where just one side gets to make all the calls.
