I gave money to Joseph Foster of Advanced Investments to buy and sell distressed properties for a profit. He took approximately $36k of my money and did not purchase the properties and has since fled town without any communication. Clinton Garland, the owner of Advanced Investments, denies any wrongdoing and refuses to cooperate in the recovery of my $$$. Legal action is pending against Mr. Foster and AI.
