This is very important to anyone who has been wronged by Advanced Marketing Concepts with regards to their paycheck. As of this morning, I was interviewed as to previous transgressions by AMC and provided my statement accordingly. Multiple people have complained about this company and in doing so, the Dept. of Labor is considerring whether or not to proceed with a full investigation. Do not allow this company to continually abuse labor laws and disregard the rights of former and current employees.

I know there are multiple ex-employees who haven't received their W2s yet, so, after you call the Department of Labor (which everyone needs to do), call the IRS! Their number is (800) 829-1040.
The more people who file a complaint with the IRS, the more fines Don and Angie will receive. They didn't pay you what you deserved, so let's make them pay!!!
Call the IRS RIGHT NOW! Also, the quicker you do this, the quicker you can get your return.
And - if AMC is audited, there is a big chance you will receive the back wages that they stole from you. Everyone knows they are cooking the books; we need to get the IRS in their to investigate!
