Phil Parker and his company PSCI is a lying cheating scumbag. He claims to be able to give you leads that guarantee closings when in fact he is a thief. If you have sent money to this scumbag contact SunTrust Bank in Richmond Virginia as well as the Commonwealth Attornies office in Virginia they are compiling a file to get this sleez bag. He will threaten you with legal action; good luck as he would heve to appear in court and that is the last thing this cockroach would ever want. The State of Washington has confirmed his office is not there. He will make every promise in the world to you and never deliver a thing. We sent $984.00 to him to get leads he never provided anything to us never returned a phone call nothing. This is a real piece of cr**P to take money from people in this industry when things are so tough. He will tell you he has a PR company and they will make your life a livinghell well he is full of it. So Phil or whatever your name is go for it report me to whoever you want. I bet they will accept my account of what is going on long before yours scumbag.
He emails like John Wayne threatening you if you complain but if you dare him to do it he hides like the coward he is. Do NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO HIM!!!!!
