Advanced Realty Warning...This company represents the owner, not the renter. You will lose your deposit! St George, Utah

This company is a property management company in the St. George area. When my family and I moved to the area, we had never used a property management company. The first mistake we made was to not to do the pre-inspection. We got the form, but didn't complete it and turn it in. What we didn't know was that at the end of the lease, when you move out, anything that wasn't on the list and is found damaged will be charged to you. In other words, this property management company will use you to replace or repair anything they find that was found damaged  or worn. Usually, the owner of the rental pays to keep a building or apartment in rentable condition. Not at Advanced realty. YOU, as the renter, will be paying to fix or replace everything that is worn or damaged or not cleaned well enough.

1. You will lose your deposit
2. You will pay to repair or replace everything that was damaged in the apartment or condo you are renting
3. They will charge you above and beyond your deposit to repair and replace whatever they desire to indicate they want done to make the apartment rentable. The owner will not pay for anything.
4. You will pay for all repairs made DURING your rental. They attach the charges to your monthly rental bill.
5. If you are a renter and  you want to get your deposit back at the end of the lease, don't use this management company.
