When we called to complain, we were treated very rudely by an off-shore customer service representative. It took 15 or 20 minutes of pleading, cajoling, and finally raised voices and threats to get him to say he would cancel our account. We are not yet sure this has actually occurred.
We have had to cancel our debit card to prevent this rip-off company from having any further access to our account. We feel that they grossly misrepresented their product and their intent, entrapping us into a raw deal.
We want to return their merchandise, but have not been able to find an address or instructions for this. There is no packing slip or receipt in the box of product.
