Advanced Wellness Research deceptive to customers on free trials Wood Dale Illinois

am writing because I ordered the 14 day free trial teeth whitening system on 5-8-09 and was charged the shipping
fees on 5-12-09. The statement included with the package states I ordered it on 5-08-09. It took them 4 days to process my shipping payment (billed my card on 5-12-09 for the shipping fees... it was a and a total of 7 days that it took to receive it by mail from my
order date.. Which was received to me on 5-15-09. I did not know that the 14 day trial started the date of the initial order. That is not right and probably illegal to do this to people.

So between their processing my shipping payment and their slow shipping I have only had the product for 6
days. I lost 8 days in my 14 day trial and this I believe is illegal. The 14 day trial period should start when it is received in the mail.....Under their shipping terms part of it states,If You want to extend Your Free Trial Period due to slow postal delivery or
delayed pickup, You must call Our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-866-964-1011. Reasonable requests (as determined by AWR, in its sole
discretion) to extend Your Free Trial Period generally will be granted.

I explained to the man I spoke with a few days ago... and pretty much said too bad. I actually just opened the box to see what was in there and the mouth piece
and the jell tube are unopened. I decided not to use it due to the fact that IT STATES-- Do not use if you have periodontal disease in which I have.

I was charged on the 22nd of may for $78.92 in which I only had the trial in my possession for 8 days and cant use. My cancelation # is 552681. I am filing a chargeback with my credit card and explaining in detail of this scam of a situation. You can't count a trial period when you don't even have the product! I want a full refund back to my card because your site is
misleading and your policies are fraudulent. I will fight this all the way to the end. Kelly G
