Despite several years of on time payments, at the minimum or greater on my Advanta Master Card account, my rate was jacked up to 38%. I called and complained. They said "no other rate was available" and gave no explaination.

Advanta is worse than juice loan mobsters. They should be shut down and made to refund all of the interest they have extorted in this way.
