Been a loyal customer of Advanta Business Card for about 3 years. Interest rates started low 9.9%, now they have raised it to 35.49%, this is insane! I have never missed a payment, have a good credit score, my account is in good standing. I recently telephoned to request a lower interest rate, it was denied due to other customers accounts were in high risk, I feel I should not be put in that category since I have always paid them on time.
This is an unfair practice. I have written to Mr. John Moore, his title as President of Advanta, I am waiting for his response.
I will do further steps if they dont respond! This bank is corrupt!
