About 2 more months went by and my rate went from 7.99 to 26.31% without any notice. I called and emailed them and they said they use Trans Union to monitor my account and they increase it when they deem I am a "risk". I never got any notice from them and I open up all my mail. I asked them to credit me the finance charges and they said no. I asked if I paid off my balance, I won't owe anything else and they said correct. I paid off the balance and another bill comes home for $145.93 for the accrued interest on the balance I had.
I called them back up and said that one of their reps told me that once I paid it off , it is zero balance. I also checked online and it showed a zero balance. I talked to Trina extension 4483 who was suppose to be the supervisor of the supervisor of customer service and she said balance accrues daily so there is nothing they could do. I paid $147 and closed my account so let's see what other amounts owed they throw at me next month.
