Advantage Capital illegally broke a trust without the consent of the trustee and released over $100,000.00 to one family member who gave them false info. and refuses to release the part they got back from them that is legally ours. ripoff Atlanta Georgia

We have contacted Susan Samuels in their legal department and she stated that they would send our money but everybody had to sign a paper releasing them of any responsibility, there was errors on the letter and we asked them to correct them and they refused to speak to us anymore,one brother left messages and no one returned any calls.
On April 6,2006 we sent a certified letter to the president, Joseph B. Gruber, and asked that he get this resolved, to this day we have not received a response back.
