Three recruiters contacted me by e mail and phone during the previous two months.  Each one had a new name,    I surmise not their real name,  the red flags were that no actual office addresses were offered.    Each recruiter,  I don't believe that also,   told me they were from Advantage Sales and Marketing,   it should be Take Advantage of Sales and Marketing, and no real office address offered......
The  red flag was that each Recruiter told me the same story.   I was being made to take an online Personality exam.    The red flag was that after a few days,  I received a form letter that I wasn't needed.   A red flag also is that their website is difficult to follow and the employment postings are vague with how to apply, more details and the locations.
The red flag also was that the Recruiters in each case were difficult to reach and never reply at all after the form e mail is done to my box.   It's as if no one was really there at all.....It's a tactic to gather data from  employment seekers......I would ignore any ads , voicemails etc....from Advantage Sales and Marketing........Furthermore,   no one replies to the postings at this website to say otherwise...goes to show that it's a phony organization......
