In May 2005 I spoke to a lawyer from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) who recommended that I should use a reputable telemarketing company to do all my telemarketing, I told him that I didn't know of any good telemarketing companies, he rite away told me a couple of companies names that he believe they were good, I ask him which one was the most reliable to him, he said Advantel Marketing Plus Inc in Massachusetts and told me to search it on the internet that he did not have their information.

The next day I google the company and got their information, I call the number and spoke to the operator she got my name and phone number and told me that a sale person will call me shortly, ten minutes later a gentleman by the name of Burt call me I told him what I was looking for he told me no problem that is exactly what they do, after negotiating a campaign of $11,000.00 he put me in contact with David Andre the Owner of Advantel Marketing Plus to go over the contract he sound like a great guy, we when over the campaign details he to me that each telemarketer was going to cost me $30 per hour to which I said find but I ask him if they will deliver he said of course I only hire professionals, my campaign started one week later I was told that Tina was the campaign manager and if I had any question or concern to call her, well not shortly after my campaign started I begging calling her because I was not getting my daily leads as it was agree on the contract, she keep telling me that they have a lot of leads for me she sounded excited and at the same time got me excited, two days later I begging to get the leads by e-mail, rite away we started calling the leads, as we were calling we started getting negative response from the leads telling us that they told the person that call that they were not interested and a lot of them said to us that they were never contacted regarding our service or any service for that matter, after calling about 200 to 300 of the leads my partner gave up and had me call David.

after calling him about six times he call me back I told him the situation he acted all surprise and said that he will look into it, a few hours later Tina call me and said that they are calling this businesses and that the leads are good that she doesnt understand what going on, so I told her to try a different approach, an approach that had work for me in the pass, for about a week I did not get any leads I started calling Tina keep getting her answering machine again, so after a few attempt I call David he was never available or not their after a few attempt I call and told the operator that I pay $11,000.00 for a campaign that was not being done as agree and that if I did not hear from David by the end of the day I was going to report him to the FTC.

four hours later Tina call me and told me that she have being having problem sending the leads to me, that she was going to send them at the end of day to today, I did not get the leads again, I call her and left her a few messages that day but I did not get any response, in the morning I started calling them both David and Tina again no response, finally got my leads and a call from Tina telling me they finish my campaign, at first I was happy because she sounded excited, I got my sales people together and we started calling the leads, from the first call that we made they started telling us that no one call, we told them that we were not interested or the number was disconnected, at this time we realize that this campaign was a disaster, I lost over $15,000.00.

I started calling David, after a few weeks of calling him I finally got him, I told him that I wanted my money back because his people didnt even deliver one complete sale and that all of the leads were not leads, at this he said look Franklyn I cannot give you your money back but I tell you what I am going to do, I will do another campaign for you at no cost to which I said okay. I told him that I was not ready for another campaign he said that okay when you are ready call me and let me know.

I call David Andre on November 19, 2007 told him about the campaign that I wanted him to do for me he said no problem, he said that I need it to purchase the list from him, I told him that I can provide the list, he said that the only way that he would do this is if I get the list through him from his provider, finally I agree I purchase 5,000 leads @ .15 cents per leads a total of $750.00 this price will include the telemarketers, after signing contract I send them the check, I was contacted by John Mancia for the script than by Dei Makenna who than got me in touch with Christina who I believe to be the famous Tina from my first campaign, Christina was assign my campaign manager, Dei told me to call her for any question, two weeks after my campaign started I had not gotten any leads so I started calling Christina spoke to her she said that they had some leads for me but she had not enter them yet that she would do them tonight, to my surprise I did not get any so I call her in the morning, kept getting her answering machine this situation started to look familiar after trying for over 11 times I decided to call Dei she said that she would call Chris to see what was going on, Christina finally call me and told me that she would send the leads shortly.

I finally got a few leads that night, I look through the leads their was a lot of disconnected and not available entries, but I decided to call them any way to see what was going on most of the disconnected number were not disconnected and almost all of the not available I was able to get through and spoke to the owners of these businesses. I try to speak to David they keep sending me to Christina, about two weeks later I got what I thought were more leads but to my surprise again it was all of the remaining leads of about 4, 600 leads and a note telling me that they have finish my campaign, out of the 4,600 they only got me 5 leads of which none were so, again I started seeing a lot of disconnected and not available entries, but I decided to call them any way and again most of all the disconnected number were not disconnected and almost all of the not available I was able to get through and spoke to the owners of these businesses, I call left a message to Christina to please call me back, never got a response.

Today I call to speak to David Andre whom I thought to be the CEO and President of TouchCall Solutions and Advantel Marketing and I was told that the president of the company is and always have been my account manager Christina that I would need to call her for any and all questions regarding my campaign, as my father would say surprise surprise surprise. After everything that had happen to me I decided to google this company and found that I was not the only one that they have defrauded, I think this company needs to be stop, they have to be a legal way, I refuse to think that this great nation of our have no protection for us against criminals like TouchCall Solutions and AdvanTel Marketing Plus.
