Affinion Group / Affinion Benefits Group I received a Notice of Privacy Policy in the mail stating that my info would be shared. No contact info other than return p.o. address on envelope. Found info on internet to make this complaint. Nashville Tennessee

I did a google search to find their website and made a formal complaint to the customer service dept online. i stated that this was a formal complaint to their company and I would contact my local, state and federal authorities tomorrow morning. I also requested that Affinion Group deliver to me in writing the source of how they received my name and address.
I then found the Ripoff Report website and have now gone through the steps to write my Ripoff Report.
