We purchased 2 copiers that would not work.  We immediately called them before our check cleared and 5 guys showed up to "fix" the copiers. One never worked after the 3rd day and the other one breaks down constantly.  We have called so many times to ask for repairs ( he never shows up) that it has become an office joke, as in, if we know of people who don't keep promises we then say, "must be related to the copier guy." 

We have heard every excuse imaginable when Thomas Farrell says he is going to be here.  He even knew that twice we had to pay an employee overtime to wait for him and he still didn't show.  To this day, he has never even  paused when he assures us he is on his way.  We are looking into where to file complaints and get this resolved with the police and State of CA.  Do not purchase anything from this guy.
