Affordable Office Equipment Thomas M. Farrell Fraudulent Business practices- Charged $495 for printer repairs that were never performed Whittier, California

It is my opinion that Affordable Office Equipment DBA/ Thomas M. Farrell runs a fraudulent computer and printer repair business. He represented himself on the internet as an authorized Ricoh printer repair company which he is not. He charged my company $495 to repair our printer and it still didn't work. He fraudulently claimed to replace the printer head which he did not replace. I later contacted Ricoh to find out he is not an authorized dealer nor do they make printer heads for replacement. He cashed our check before we found out the printer was not repaired.

When we contacted Thomas M. Farrell for a refund, he referred us to another printer repair company and said the company would bill him for the repairs. This referred repair company never heard of Thomas M. Farrell or Affordable Office Equipment. 

Thomas M. Farrell refused to give us a refund and we successfully sued him in Small Claims Court for Fraud. I highly recommend not doing business with Affordable Office Equipment or Thomas M. Farrell
